Biggles | Moggy
Biggles is a very special cat seeking a very special owner to give
him a home of his own.
He is a very laid-back,
friendly, affectionate and gentle cat, you realy couldn’t wish for more from
him. However although he is only five years old he has a heart condition
needing regular medication. He has one tablet a day, which he will eat like a
treat and is no trouble at all. Biggles will need his special owner to take him
for regular routine check ups at the vet every three months however there will
be no expense for his new owner to worry about as Cats' Protection Folkestone
and Hythe Branch will pay for all his future medical treatment so, all you will
need to do is give him the love and kindness he deserves. If you feel you could
take Biggles into your home telephone us for more details, we would love to
hear from you.

Henry | Oriental Shorthair
Henry is a posh cat, we are unsure of his exact breed (we have been told he could be an Asian chocolate tabby)we just know he is part of the oriental family as he has that very distinctive cry. Henry was taken to the vets and left in the waiting room in his basket, we have no idea why, maybe it’s because his so vocal. Henry is a very handsome, loving, outgoing cat but he does have his faults and ones we have to stress to any potential adopter, he is extremely vocal and uses his voice to get attention, he will not be a cat that can be left for hours on end as he gets very loud calling for people and show attention seeking behaviour like digging his litter out of his tray over the floor, tipping his water bowl over, digging his biscuits out his bowl, typical naughty child behaviour. His other fault is he hates other cats; he will need to be a single cat as he can be very aggressive with other animals. Henry is cream with tabby markings, has beautiful blue eyes and approx 2 years old. Any potential adopter must take his faults in to serious consideration as if you haven’t kept oriental cats before their cry can be extremely annoying. We do not want him to go to a home to be brought back to us because these warnings hadn’t been taken seriously.
He is fully vaccinated, been neutered, micro chipped, wormed and de-flead.
We ask for a minimum donation of £65 per cat

betty | Staffordshire Bull Terrrier
Betty is a gorgeous elderly staffy girl who came to us from the stray pounds. She is an adorable lady who currently shares her kennel with another dog. Betty really needs to be in a warm and comfy home as soon as possible. She has a cough which has been checked out by our vet who informs us that Betty's heart is fine so she may have little problem with her lungs. Betty's back legs are not that strong. However, this does not stop her from scampering around and enjoying her walks. Betty has had a couple of fits since she has been with us so we really do want her out of kennels quickly to be looked after in a home environment.
Betty is house trained and although she gets on with other dogs when out and about on her walks she definitely wants to be top dog in the home and rule the roost! So we feel Betty would perhaps be best suited as an only pet. Betty is extremely affectionate and loving, and enjoys being cuddled. She is happy to be touched all over, have her ears checked and be groomed. She is very playful, likes toys and comes when called or whistled, charging at you for a hug!
Please can you offer Betty the home she deserves? She desperately needs a forever home but if you can offer Betty a foster home in the meantime she will return your kindness a million times over.
